As a Barber in our upscale barbershop, you will deliver exceptional grooming and styling services that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed. Duties
• Provide expert barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, straight razor shaves, and grooming consultations.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness following industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize barbershop software like Squire for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
• Offer personalized product recommendations and upsell retail items such as hair, skin & beard care products.
• Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling client inquiries professionally.
• Requirements
• Valid barbering license with experience in hair styling and grooming services.
• Proficiency in using barbershop management software such as Squire or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards within a salon setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs effectively.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to enhance revenue opportunities.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
