Responsibilities
• Provide expert hair styling, fading, clipper and scissor work, beard work, and straight razor services that meet clients’ individual needs and preferences.
• Perform multiple shaving services. If straight razor training is needed, It will be supplied.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client safety.
• Utilize salon software like square to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Engage clients through personalized consultations, effective communication of service options, and upselling retail products to enhance their experience.
• Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and coordinating appointment flow smoothly.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in cosmetology techniques, retail sales strategies, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair care, and barbering techniques.
• Skilled in retail sales with an understanding of retail math and upselling strategies to increase revenue.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members alike.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or barbering as required by local regulations.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean salon environment.
• Ability to perform a variety of barbering techniques, including fades, long cuts and beard proficiency
