Hammer and Nails in Yardley, PA is looking for a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our team! Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client's needs
• Perform straight razor shaves, beard trims, and detailed facial grooming
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service
• Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and grooming goals
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards
• Stay current on men's grooming trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Recommend retail grooming products to enhance the client experience
Requirements:
• Valid Pennsylvania Barber or Cosmetology license required
• Proven experience in barbering, men's cuts, and straight razor shaving
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and grow a personal clientele
• Professional, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Passion for men's grooming trends and the barbering industry
• Retail sales experience or willingness to learn product recommendations
