Who we are. Land of Barbers is Greenpoint's neighborhood barbershop at 146 Franklin Street — born as two shops, rebuilt after COVID into one home, fully redesigned in 2025. Founder Enrico Mariotti has worked Milan Fashion Week and backstage for Prada and Gucci; he chose Greenpoint because it feels like a small town in Italy, where people greet each other on the street. A shop where everyone can find what they're looking for — skin fades to long styling, color to balayage, straight-razor shaves under hot towels. Professional but fun: we cut hair, we throw banter around, we give advice while giving great haircuts.

What you'll do:
• The full Land of Barbers ritual on every service — real consultation, hot towels, cold-towel refresh, the reveal in the mirror
• Build your book fast: new team members get first walk-ins, plus rebooking and The Club, our loyalty program
• Keep your station and tools impeccable — the shop is part of the product

What we're looking for:
• Licensed Barber and/or Hairstylist (NY State) · ~2 years experience
• All hair textures · clean, organized, time-efficient
• Warm and talkative with clients · a team player with a sense of humor
• Flexible Schedule
