Sunday Barber Co is a full-service, locally owned and operated barbershop located in Colorado Springs, CO. We are a full-service shop that offers a variety of services including: fades, beard trims, razor fades, face shaves, short cuts, long cuts, color, highlights, waxing, and more.

If you don't mind Funko-Pops and Marvel characters displayed in the shop, enjoy variety of music from 90s hip hop, rock, to indie skate and lofi, and love to do a variety of fun creative hair in a chill atmosphere, you'll like hanging with us!

We are looking for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, kind, positive person(s) for SBC. We are commission based and provide liberty and growth if you're looking to take more ownership of your chair and career.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience communicating with a variety of diverse clientele with an attitude of openness and eagerness to help and educate.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Consult customers to find out about their needs and provide information about upcoming appointments.
• Answer phone calls, manage books, and communicate with staff.
• Wash, dry, style hair.
• Apply and refine cutting, fading, shaving techniques.
• Keep shop, station, and all areas swept and clean according to law.
• Offer advice on products on styling and hair care.
• Keep up and work together with others on shop chores.

Qualifications
• Licensed in CO (required)
• Proven work experience as a Cosmetologist or Barber is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of products and styling preferred
• Ability to conduct thorough consultations in order to determine customers’ needs
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to present information to customers in a way that meets their expectations
• A great attitude and willingness to learn and serve
• Willing to learn how to self-promote and grow clientele

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $700.00 - $2,000.00 per week
