Barber’s Heritage is an upscale, appointment-focused barbershop in Aventura, built around exceptional craftsmanship, personalized service, and professional client experience.

We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME skilled, dependable, and motivated barber who takes pride in their craft and is looking for an opportunity to grow within an established brand.

BARBER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide high-quality haircuts, scissor haircuts, fades, shaves, beard grooming, and styling
• Deliver a professional and personalized experience to every client
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation
• Manage appointments efficiently and remain punctual
• Build strong client relationships and encourage long-term retention
• Represent Barber’s Heritage and its standards professionally

BARBER REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Florida Barber License
• 3+ years of professional barbering experience preferred
• Strong barbering skills
• Professional appearance and communication
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Ability to maintain Barber’s Heritage service and presentation standards
• Must have an existing base clientele
• Positive/ Motivated to grow

Pay: $100.00 - $2,000.00 per week

• Barbering: 2 years (Preferred)
