Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hair Stylist to join our established and supportive salon team. This position is ideal for a stylist who enjoys working afternoons, evenings, and weekends and is looking for a salon home with flexibility, consistency, and a strong local reputation.

The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and client-focused, with a passion for continuing to grow their skills and clientele.

Schedule & Availability
• Afternoon and evening availability required
• Weekend availability required
• Flexible weekday scheduling
• Full-time or part-time opportunities available

Salon Hours:
Closed Mondays & Tuesdays
Open 9:00am–8:00pm weekdays
Open until 5:00pm on weekends

Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide professional hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend services
• Perform services such as:

- Balayage & foiling
- Multi-dimensional color
- Root touch-ups
- Perms
- Special occasion & updo styling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily salon operations

Preferred (but not required):
• Brazilian Blowout certification (training available)

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology license
• 1+ year of experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and customer service skills
