We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services. The Licensed Esthetician will be responsible for delivering personalized treatments, educating clients on skincare routines, and promoting our range of products and services.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Perform facial treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and other esthetic services.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and create personalized skincare treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment notes in the EHR system.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment remain clean, organized, and prepared for clients.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care.
• Assist with Med Spa procedures (pre- and post-care), depending on training.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to positive spa culture.
• Participate in continuing education, training, and promotional events.

Requirements
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox administration, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application, nail care, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Strong management skills with familiarity using salon management software such as Millennium and MINDBODY.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest services and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and protocols for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Experience in retail sales with an aptitude for upselling products effectively.
• Ability to manage social media platforms for marketing purposes effectively.

Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
