Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures
• Apply acrylic, gel, Gel-X, and other nail enhancement services
• Create trendy nail art and custom designs
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Stay up to date with the latest nail techniques and trends

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Nail Technician is required
• Strong skills in acrylic, gel, manicures, and pedicures
• Nail art and hand-painted design experience is highly preferred
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid New Jersey Nail Technician or Cosmetology License (preferred or required, depending on state regulations)

Duties
• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Consult with clients to recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on their preferences and needs
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software like Millennium or similar platforms
• Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty to enhance client experience and increase sales
• Stay current with industry trends including new techniques in nail art, gel applications, and health & safety standards
• Assist with front desk duties when needed, including greeting guests, booking appointments, and managing client records

Experience
• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar cosmetology or esthetician role with a strong portfolio of nail work
• Certification in cosmetology or related fields required; additional training in advanced treatments such as dermabrasion or dermal fillers is a plus
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
• Knowledge of sanitation standards aligned with health regulations for nail salons and spas
• Experience with social media management to promote services, showcase work, and engage with clients online
• Background in retail sales techniques to effectively upsell products and enhance the guest experience
• Strong communication skills to connect with diverse clientele and collaborate effectively within the team

Pay: $977.91 - $1,550.00 per week
