As a Lash Technician, you will deliver personalized lash extensions, eyelash lifts, and other beauty treatments while providing exceptional customer service that keeps clients coming back. Responsibilities
• Perform eyelash extension applications, lifts, tints, and other lash enhancement procedures with precision and care.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles or treatments.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client health and safety.
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring efficient flow of clients.
• Promote additional aesthetic services including botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser treatments when qualified.
• Engage with clients through effective communication, explaining procedures clearly and answering questions confidently.
• Utilize social media management skills to showcase your work, attract new clients, and promote special offers or product demos.
• Assist with retail sales of beauty products, skincare lines, and lash care essentials to enhance client results and satisfaction.

Requirements
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in eyelash extensions and aesthetic treatments.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology, esthetician practices, nursing, or related fields; additional certifications in injection administration or dermal fillers are a plus.
• Knowledge of salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment booking and client records.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, hair extensions, tattooing or barbering is advantageous.
• Ability to perform advanced aesthetic procedures including chemical peels, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage or laser treatments if qualified.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a lively attitude that energizes the team and enhances the client experience.
• A passion for continuous learning about new beauty trends such as color theory or innovative lash techniques.
