Licensed Massage Associate at Busy Integrative Health Clinic

Urban Sage Acupuncture + Wellness is bringing on up to 2 part-time Massage Therapists.

We are a fully booked and growing, integrative health clinic in Chula Vista with strong community support and consistent patient demand. We are looking for 1–2 Associate Therapists to join our team as we expand.

Role:
• Providing high-quality, customized massage treatments
• Recommending and rebooking follow-up care
• Maintaining clear, accurate treatment notes
• Supporting the overall patient experience

This is a collaborative clinic environment. Therapists are expected to assist with light front desk support, including scheduling, rebooking, and ensuring a smooth patient flow when needed.

Requirements:

CA Licensed Massage Therapist
• 0 years of professional/clinical experience required - we will train
• Experience with deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, gua sha, hot stones
• Professional, reliable, team-oriented
