Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hairstylist to join La Rosa Beauty Collective. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cosmetology, with the ability to deliver exceptional client service and create beautiful, customized hairstyles. This role requires a passion for hair styling, coloring, and customer care.

Responsibilities
• Provide professional hair styling services including color, cuts, hair styling and hair extensions . Hair extensions training will be provided at no cost
• Perform hair coloring services utilizing color theory principles to achieve desired results
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer expert recommendations
• Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay current with the latest trends in hair styling, coloring, and techniques
• Assist clients with extension applications or express willingness to learn extension techniques for free at the salon
• Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and maintained according to safety standards

Experience
• Prior salon experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong passion for hairstyling and cosmetology is essential
• Knowledge of hair coloring techniques and color theory
• Experience or willingness to learn about hair extensions is highly desirable
• Proficiency in client communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with updo's, event hair styling, and various hair styling techniques is preferred

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week
