NailSpa Miami is looking for a talented and reliable Full-Time Nail Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate is licensed, reliable, eager to continue learning, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

What You'll Do
• Perform professional manicures and pedicures
• Apply liquid gel, dip powder, gel polish, acrylics, and other nail enhancements
• Create clean, detailed work with consistent quality
• Provide excellent customer service and help build client loyalty
• Recommend retail products and earn additional commission
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products

Qualifications
• Valid Florida Nail Specialist License (Required)
• Experience with gel, dip, and acrylic systems (non-exclusive)
• Russian Manicure experience is preferred
• Nail art skills are a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to North Miami
