The Story Behind BACKDD:

I’m Terence. I built BACKDD because I watched my wife, a licensed esthetician, struggle with the same massive barriers so many talented independent providers face: the steep upfront cost of professional equipment, the high-risk gamble of a traditional salon suite lease, and the isolation of doing it entirely alone. I built this platform to close those exact gaps so that local providers have a safe, supported runway to achieve true profitability.

Applicants will be invited to a brief, free discovery call where we will learn more about your unique business goals, walk through how the incubator framework operates, and see if it makes sense to move forward. Note on Income: The compensation range displayed represents an estimated earning potential based on typical independent practitioner bookings. Income is entirely dependent on your personal client pricing and scheduling volume.

Pay: $700.00 - $2,000.00 per month
