Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and energetic Nails Technician to join our dynamic beauty team! Duties
• Perform a wide range of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs.
• Apply advanced techniques including eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments when applicable.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on nail care routines, product use, and aftercare to promote healthy nails.
• Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty enhancements to enhance client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and beauty treatments to provide innovative services.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending products that meet individual client needs while achieving sales goals.

Experience
• Proven experience as a Nails Technician or similar role within a busy salon or spa environment.
• Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and sanitation protocols essential for delivering high-quality services.
• Familiarity with advanced beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Certification in cosmetology or related fields is required; additional training in hair extensions or barbering is a plus.

Pay: $25.02 - $30.13 per hour
