Licensed Esthetician/Hydrafacialist — Commission Based · Established Clientele Required

This isn't a position for someone just starting out. If you're newly licensed and building your book from scratch, we're not the right fit right now — and we'd rather be honest about that up front.

This is for the esthetician who already has clients who trust them. Someone who has been looking for the right space — not just any space — to bring those clients to and continue building from.

W Salon Spa & Wine Bar is a luxury salon environment in Hyde Park, Cincinnati. Our spa suite is private, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. HydraFacial in particular is one of the most in-demand treatment platforms in the industry right now — and having access to it without the overhead of running your own space is a real advantage. Paired with SkinCeuticals and Circadia, you have professional-grade tools that speak for themselves to a clientele that already invests in their skin

What we're looking for is someone self-directed enough to run their own column but values-aligned enough to be part of a team. You won't be isolated in a back room. You'll be part of a culture that our hair team has spent years building — one that's known for education, leadership, positivity, and the kind of support that actually means something.

The setup:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and every other Saturday. Commission-based compensation. You service your existing guests, you're open to new guests the salon introduces, and you have access to a fully equipped luxury suite and HydraFacial technology that most solo estheticians can't offer independently.

You're a fit if:

You have an active client base that follows you — this is required, not a nice-to-have. You hold yourself to a high standard with your work, your word, and your clients. You don't need someone to manage your every move but you do want to be somewhere that has your back. You're drawn to a team environment even if your actual work is done one-on-one.

You're not a fit if:

You're newly licensed or still building your foundation. You need the salon to fill your book entirely. You prefer full independence with no shared culture or team expectations.
