Duties
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Prepare treatment rooms with cleanliness, comfort, and relaxation in mind, including setting up linens and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the spa environment in accordance with health regulations
• Manage guest appointments efficiently, including check-in, check-out, and answering inquiries about services
• Support guest comfort by offering refreshments or amenities as needed during their visit
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the spa’s high standards of service

Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
• Ability to maintain a calm, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction at all times
• Willingness to learn about spa treatments and products to better assist guests
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting tasks as needed
