Duties
• Provide expert hair cutting, styling and grooming services for men
• Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and salon policies
• Offer professional advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to boost client loyalty
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and processing payments
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair threading, makeup application, and store management best practices

Skills
• Extensive knowledge of hair styling techniques including precision cuts, blowouts, and textured styles
• Proficiency in color theory for creating vibrant or subtle color transformations
• Skilled in barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves and classic fades
• Experience with retail sales strategies including upselling hair products and retail math calculations
• Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client tracking
• Strong communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their desired looks
• Ability to perform additional beauty services such as makeup application and nail care to provide comprehensive beauty solutions
• Commitment to sanitation standards ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff
• Knowledge of store management principles to support daily operations effectively
• Capable of mentoring team members in advanced techniques like eyelash extensions and hair threading

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per day
