Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Cosmetologist or Barber to join our team at The Folsom Barber Lounge. Key Responsibilities
Deliver precision haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and shaves that uphold our luxury standard
Provide a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience for every client
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized workstation at all times
Build lasting client relationships and foster loyalty through excellent service
Stay current with the latest men's grooming trends, techniques, and products
Collaborate with team members to uphold The Folsom Barber Lounge's top-rated reputation
Recommend premium grooming products to clients to extend the luxury experience at home
Qualifications
Valid California Cosmetologist License (required)
Valid California Barber License (required)
Minimum 2 years of professional barbering experience preferred
Strong proficiency in men's haircuts, fades, and beard grooming
Genuine passion for the art of men's grooming and the luxury client experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
