Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly to ensure a safe environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client needs, offering professional advice, and upselling retail products.
• Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, booking appointments, and handling payments efficiently.

Skills
• Skilled in barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves and precision haircuts.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with cosmetology and barbering standards.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their desired outcomes clearly.
• Demonstrated store management capabilities including retail math, upselling techniques, and front desk operations.

Pay: From $750.00 per week

Work Location: In person
