Duties
• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Assist guests with product recommendations and upselling additional services or retail items to enhance their experience
• Manage appointment schedules using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction
• Provide expert advice on nail care maintenance and home care routines to promote healthy nails
• Support front desk operations by greeting clients, managing check-ins/outs, and handling client inquiries professionally
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, techniques, and industry standards through ongoing education and training

Skills
• Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques, including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs
• Strong management skills to handle appointments efficiently and maintain organized salon operations
• Proficiency with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment
• Experience with advanced treatments like dermal fillers or esthetic laser treatments is a plus but not required
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing personalized recommendations based on client needs
• Familiarity with social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online
• Basic understanding of color theory for nail art design and creative expression
• Experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness setting is advantageous

Pay: $25.13 - $30.26 per hour
