Responsibilities



Maintain sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored beauty solutions.
Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing retail sales, and upselling products and services.
Mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills in cosmetology and barbering techniques.

Requirements



Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
Proven experience in hair styling, must.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team member
