Head Spa Therapist/Hair Stylist

• Provide head spa services and hair styling services blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and creativity.
• Deliver relaxing spa therapies as a Head Spa Therapist, including scalp treatments, scalp massage therapies.
• Follow sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Mentor and train team members on current trends, technical skills like the straight razor shave or hair threading, retail sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
• Drive retail sales through upselling premium products such as hair care items, cosmetics, and retail math strategies to meet sales goals.
• Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing appointments via salon software, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Support store management by assisting with inventory control, merchandising displays, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Foster effective communication within the team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences.
• Proven experience as a hairstylist with certification in Cosmetology or Barbering from an accredited institution; additional training in bridal hair and makeup application is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated expertise in sanitation standards to uphold health regulations within the salon environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively and provide outstanding customer service.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques including upselling products like hair care items or cosmetics; retail math experience is advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
