1099 Licensed Cosmetologist - Resident Hair Services

Resolve Harmony Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Cosmetologist to provide hair services for our residents once a week.

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity ideal for a cosmetologist who enjoys working with geriatrics and creating a positive, comfortable experience for residents.

Responsibilities
• Provide haircuts and basic hair services to residents approximately once per week.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment while providing services.
• Communicate respectfully and compassionately with residents.
• Provide individualized attention based on each resident's preferences and needs.
• Follow all applicable facility policies and state licensing requirements.
• Maintain appropriate infection-control and sanitation practices.

Qualifications
• Active Cosmetology in good standing in the state of AZ.
• Must have an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Previous experience providing services to senior or long-term-care residents is preferred.
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor.
• Comfortable working with geriatrics and individuals who may require additional assistance or accommodations.
• Must be able to provide services independently and bring necessary professional tools and supplies.

Schedule
• Independent Contractor (1099)
• 1 day/week
• Schedule to be coordinated with the facility based on resident needs.
