Job Description:
As a Hair Assistant at Oaselle Salon, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior stylists and maintaining the smooth operation of the salon. Your responsibilities will include:Greeting and assisting clients upon arrivalShampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for servicesProviding scalp massages and other relaxation techniquesMaintaining the cleanliness and organization of the salonAssisting stylists during hair coloring, cutting, and styling proceduresMonitoring inventory and stocking hair care productsUpholding salon standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Requirements:Previous experience in a salon environment preferred but not requiredPassion for the beauty industry and desire to pursue a career as a professional stylistExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWillingness to learn and take direction from senior stylistsFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
