Description:
Salon Manager – Lead and Cut with #TeamHaircut!
Are you a skilled stylist ready to lead a team while staying behind the chair? At #TeamHaircut, the largest Great Clips franchisee in the Washington DC market, our Salon Managers lead by example—cutting alongside their team while managing operations and driving success. What You’ll Do:
Lead by Example: Be a cutting stylist with extra responsibilities—showcase your skills and inspire your team.
Drive Results: Support salon goals for sales, customer service, and productivity.
Coach & Develop: Mentor stylists, providing real-time feedback to help them grow.
Communicate with Leadership: Provide updates to upper management on salon performance and staffing needs.
Follow Scheduling Guidelines: Implement schedules set by corporate leadership and ensure the team is covered during peak times.
Maintain Standards: Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and fully compliant with State Board regulations.
Promote Team Spirit: Celebrate wins and foster a positive salon culture.
Handle Customer Concerns: Resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Leader: Prior leadership or management experience (salon experience preferred).
Licensed Stylist: Current cosmetology or barber license (as required by state regulations).
Cutting Stylist: Ready to work behind the chair alongside your team during assigned shifts.
Strong Communicator: Able to share performance updates and feedback with upper management.
Results-Driven: Committed to hitting sales goals and driving customer loyalty.
Customer-Focused: Delivering top-tier service is your passion.
Reliable & Professional: Ready to work weekends, evenings, and peak times.
